This notice explains how Thiago Laurentino, operating as Laurentino AI, uses personal information when you request The AI Starter Safety Checklist or receive related emails.

Why we use this information
We use it to deliver the checklist, send the practical emails described at signup, maintain consent and unsubscribe records, operate and secure the service and understand basic delivery and engagement. We do not use this signup to make significant automated decisions about you.
Consent and your choices
We send the checklist and related nurture emails after you actively select the consent checkbox and submit the form. You can withdraw consent for future marketing and nurture emails at any time through the unsubscribe page or by contacting us. We may keep a minimal suppression record so that we do not accidentally email an address that has opted out.
Service providers and international processing
We use OpenAI Sites and related infrastructure to host the landing page and subscriber database. Resend will process email delivery information after delivery is activated. We also record limited first-party campaign parameters and anonymous visit and signup events to measure the checklist funnel. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. These providers may process information in countries other than your own. We do not sell the subscriber list.
Retention and security
We keep subscriber information while the email relationship is active and for the period reasonably needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations and maintain suppression records. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet or email system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, information about sharing, objection or withdrawal of consent. Children and changes
The checklist and mailing list are intended for a general adult audience and are not directed to children. We may update this notice when the service, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest published version.
